Our technical and production team consists of 50 members, with an average work experience of 13 years. With mature technical expertise, we can meet every meticulous requirement.
Quality Control Capabilities We have a comprehensive quality control system, equipped with 17 types of testing tools, including 2D measuring microscopes, gear testing machines, profile projectors, dynamic balance testers, hardness testers, and salt spray testers.
We strictly implement testing procedures, with no fewer than 6 product testing processes, to ensure that the precision and stability of products meet customer requirements.
PCBA Development Capabilities There are 11 YAMAHA mounting lines, all integrated with SPI, X-Ray, AOI, ICT (In-Circuit Test) and ROHS detectors, enabling one-stop delivery of SMT, DIP, OEM and ODM services. Currently, there are 2 wave soldering lines, 2 post-soldering lines and 2 testing lines respectively, along with 1 conformal coating line. A functional analysis station has also been established to fully guarantee quality and efficiency.
Mold and Injection Molding Capabilities The Mold and Injection Molding Workshop is equipped with 31 brand-name injection molding machines from manufacturers including Nissei, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Haitian, and Liansheng. These machines cover a clamping force range of 30 tons to 1,500 tons, with a daily production capacity of 110,000 sets, providing one-stop fulfillment of high-precision and large-batch injection molding requirements.
